Seremban Market Lai Fen

I am quite sure that most of you know Yi Poh Mouse Noodles Lou Shu Fen in Seremban. Yi Poh Mouse Noodles has been featured in 8tv Ho Chiak!

But, this post is not going to feature this Yee Poh Mouse Noodles……

The main character today is this bowl of Lai Fen a species of mouse noodles xD found in Seremban Market.

This is Ching Kee Lai Fen!!!!

What’s so special about this bowl of Lai Fen with just a spoonful of minced meat ?

“CEH~ This mouse noodles easily can be found anywhere!” Then you are totally wrong!!! This Lai Fen is specially made from AAA fragrance rice. So when a bowl of Lai Fen is served on your table, the irresistible smell of rice will RUN into your nose. On that moment, your saliva will be secreted!!!!! Forget about everything and enjoy that bowl of super delicious Lai Fen.

Don’t complain that it is plain and conclude that it doesn’t taste nice!Taste it first =P

This Lai Fun taste even nicer with Pickled Green Chillies or Special Chilli Sauce prepared by Ching Kee!

Don’t look down on this sponnful of diluted Chilli sauce!

It’s HOT an d SPICY!!!

p/s: When you come to Seremban, remember to visit the Wet Market, plenty of good foods are waiting you at there! =D

    how does the noodle taste like? it looks like Laksa but only cuter(shorter?).No wonder it’s called Mouse Noodle.

    krazy & PDM>almost same like laksa noodles, the difference is lai fen is not springy as that noodles. Lai fen is more fragrance, softer and sweeter (rice sweet)  than that laksa noodles.
