Healthier CNY with AWESOME vegetarian food

February 18th, 2010 · 10 Comments('DiggThis?

How is your 2010 Chinese New Year? Mine was fun and GREAT! I am ready to battle for victory in this Tiger year! Low fat, less salt and less sugar – The 3L principle for a healthier life must be obeyed and practiced. Of course, vegetarian food may be a good choice.

The seaweed fried rice with bean curds and long beans.

It is neither oily or salty, so it’s a healthy food! The seaweeds spice up the rice and it’s a great alternative of salt.

Next, we have a burger! Burger? Yes, it’s a vegetarian burger!!!!!

But, it taste exactly same like a normal meat burger! Hmmm, some secrets hide behind it!

After having our main dishes, let’s have a healthy dessert!

How healthy is this dessert? This dessert is sugar free! 0% sugar content in this ice-cream!

NO, No, No, ice-cream will not taste nice without sugar….

This ice-cream was served with fresh fruits of your choice. (I chose kiwi and blueberry)We can add some chocolate syrup, strawberry syrup, honey or even milk by ourself since the ice-cream itself is sugar free originally!

All the above vegetarian food may be found in FGS Dong Zen in Jenjarum, Selangor!

p/s: sorry for not updating this blog in last few days! Gong Xi Fa Cai again!

Hehe.. after all the heavy food i had the previous year, about time for me to go vegetarian.

Correct me if I’m wrong, heard from a friend that dong zen in jenjarom is a temple? If yes then it’s pretty unique.
