Bistro Delifrance – superb lunch

Once I step in this bistro, I got a lively feeling. I feel good as the bistro was fully packed. Haha, I love crowded place. But, you may dislike it.

Délifrance is a successful authentic Café-Bakery company offering traditional European breads, French bakery and pastries, and signature sandwiches in the Asian market for the past 20 years.

Building from its French heritage, Délifrance currently has an extensive network of over 240 outlets spanning across Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Hong Kong, Philippines, Thailand, Sri Lanka and China. Core competencies lies in its manufacturing expertise for bakery products, central kitchen production, retail management of quick-service and self-serve café-bakery chain.

The bistro provides the guests 15 minutes to flip through the menu before placing an order. I would say this is great as we couldn’t choose well if the waiter urge a fast decision. However, the good ends here. I need to wait for around 45 minutes before my meal served. This is a long wait since i haven’t took my lunch although it was 3.30 pm.

I ordered Braised Lamb Shank. I love the brown sauce which raises my appetite. The lamb shank is so tender and well marinated. It melts in my mouth with the soft mashed potatoes. However, there is no surprise in the garden salad. It is just a normal and simple salad with onions, tomatoes, cabbage and lettuce.

Overall
